This is a cake I made for some friends as a wedding present. As they couldn't decide exactly which type of cake I made a selection of flavours

• Three-Tier White Chocolate Mud & Choc Mud Cakes each tier with a different filling: Caramel; Raspberries; Choc Ganache
• Sugarpaste Roses, Hydrangeas & Ivy
• Fondant "Fabric" Draping
• Royal Icing Stencilling
